SUNFLOWERS COMING AUGUST 2024

​

​Come and enjoy a trip out to Farmer Paul's stunning Sunflower Field which includes the following:

​

A Sunflower Trail to enjoy through the field with a scavenger hunt for the children (which is just for fun)

The Trail is approximately 300m long, and meanders through the sunflower patch with a viewing area in the middle to see the impressive sunflower view.

Pre-cut sunflowers to buy, along with handmade wheat posies, Soap, candles, greeting cards, sunflower themed prints, tea towels and cushions and more all made by Mrs Farmer Paul.

 

A PYO Cutting area where you can choose and cut your own sunflowers to buy (please bring your own cutting Implements. Unfortunately we will not provide any secateurs for hygiene reasons)

All sunflowers, 'pre-picked from the box' and 'own cut' sunflowers are to be paid for at the gazebo on exit.

Sunflower prices:

£2.00 each

£10.00 for 7 sunflowers 

 

Lots of photo opportunities with our famous straw bale painting, butterfly wings, scarecrow, peep board, giant chair, photo swing and lots more.

The Horseshoe cafe will be available for refreshments and Farmer Paul's Ice Cream trike will be full of 'eat now' tubs of delicious local ice cream from Chiltern Ice cream co.

There isn't much shade in the field so we recommend bringing an umbrella if it is sunny.

 

We also have space for you to bring your own picnics so don't forget to bring some chairs or a blanket to sit on.

​

We also have the fabulous Christine from' All that Glitters' face Painting with us most days we are open - check on our socials for daily updates regarding this too.

£3.00 ENTRY per Adult.

£1.00 ENTRY for children under 16 years

Babies under 12 months are free.

Plenty of parking on the grass car park field. One way traffic system. Sensible shoes advisable,(closed-toe shoes or wellies) as it is a bit rutty in the sunflower field, and may be sticky if a bit wet.

Cash and card taken at the farm.

The Sunflower field isn't suitable for buggies if its rained or a bit wet as it's a farm field it will clog up your tyres. We recommend you use a baby carrier for the trail. If it dries up buggies will be fine :)

​

Toilet available but please make sure you go before you leave home ;)

 

We are a working Farm, there will still be crops growing in the field so please respect this and do not play in them. NO SMOKING anywhere on the Farm.

 

No dogs please as there are lots of small children attending.
